How We Help Families Fighting Pediatric Cancer
Pediatric cancer devastates families in ways most people never see. Beyond the medical battles, families face crushing financial burdens, emotional exhaustion, and profound isolation. We provide comprehensive support because we know that families need more than money. They need a community that understands their fight.

Emergency Assistance
When a child is diagnosed with cancer, families face immediate financial crisis. Medical bills pile up while parents miss work. We provide direct grants to cover urgent needs: rent, utilities, groceries, gas for hospital trips, and essentials that can't wait.

Gold Fight Family Netowrk
Isolation makes everything harder. Our Gold Fight Family program connects families walking this path together. Through our private support group, families share experiences, offer emotional support, and remind each other they're not fighting alone. This is community in the truest sense.

Holistic Emotional Support
We stand alongside families through every round of this fight. Our volunteer team - many with personal experience with pediatric cancer - provides ongoing emotional support, helps navigate resources, and simply listens when families need someone who truly understands.
Meet Our Gold Fighters
Behind every statistic is a child and a family. These are just a few of the brave Gold Fighters we're honored to support.

Meet Zoey - Q1 2026
Zoey was diagnosed in July 2019 at three years old with Pre-B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
It was discovered because Zoey had a small cut on her lip that over 48 hours grew significantly in size, wouldn't properly clot, and a fever that was unable to be controlled with medicine. She was misdiagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease by two doctors, one at an urgent care and the other at an ER doctor.
After 802 days of active treatment, she was able to stop treatment in September 2021 and rang the bell in December 2021 to mark the occasion. Zoey remembers treatment, but has never let it get her down. She reminds those around her of the importance of being there for each other.
